The risers are a very important part of the stair because it is the first part that we see.
The risers can take the color of the stair tread, giving an uniform look, or they can be white, offering a great contrast between the wood stair tread and the face of the stair.
The thickness of the risers can be different too, from 1/4″ to 3/4″ or even 1″.
